Lakaysha Lee-Hill is the founder and principal of LLH Consulting Group, where she leads owner's representation, construction management, and construction technology engagements for developers, investors, and institutions.
Over her career she has guided complex capital projects from early feasibility through closeout, aligning budgets, schedules, and stakeholders while holding teams to a high standard of transparency and accountability.
Rooted in Detroit and working nationwide, she is committed to building projects that create lasting community value and generational impact.
